for Whole House Rentals

Prices are based on 2 guests per room/suite. Please add $25 per additional guest weeknights, $35 weekends.

NOTE:
Vacation Home options include full use of our modern kitchens.
Our kitchens are not regulated or inspected by a regulatory authority.

UPPER HOUSE
(2000 sq ft, 2 suites. Kalahari & Maya, Sleeps 5)

We offer two breakfast options:

A. Catered Breakfast
$345/night (Sunday - Thursday)
$385/night (Friday & Saturday)
Includes breakfast served by B & B Staff 8:00 am.

B. No Breakfast
$325/night (Sunday - Thursday)
$345/night (Friday & Saturday)

Weekly Rate (7 nights):
Rate based on 4 guests. Additional persons $25/night.
Breakfast Option: Catered $2,295 (a $2,495 value)
No food: $2,115 (a $2,315 value)

LOWER HOUSE
(4000 sq ft, 3 levels, 3 suites. Anasazi, Kokopelli-Hopi & Maui. Sleeps 6-10)

We offer two breakfast options:
A. Catered Breakfast
$610/night (Sunday - Thursday)
$660/night (Friday & Saturday)
Includes breakfast served by B & B Staff 8:00 am.

B. No Breakfast
$550/night (Sunday - Thursday)
$600/night (Friday & Saturday)

Weekly Rate (7 nights):
Rates based on 6 guests. Additional persons $25/night.
Breakfast Option: Catered - $4,170 (save $200 on the daily rate)
No food: $3,750 (you save $200 on the daily rate)

NOTE: You can also book just the two top levels of the Lower House - same rates as Upper House.
